Frequently asked questions
Why does Excel remove leading zeros from UPC codes?
Excel treats the column as a number, so 012345678905 becomes 12345678905 and long codes turn into 1.23457E+11. Re-import with the column set to Text, or use this tool to repair a file that is already damaged.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read and fixed in your browser. Only the payment step talks to our server, and it never receives your data.
